Vugen is used for creating script. Which license is free. User can create script here by recording & after recording it can be enhanced.
Controller:
Controller is used for creating scenario of load test & run load test. Controller license have to buy to use it. The license cost depends based on user.
Analyzer:
Analyzer license is free. Analyzer is used for analyze the test result & find out the Bottleneck of issue.
